GUIDELINES
1. Nomination is open to all FMCG companies with offices and operations across the Asia Pacific region.
2. Each company may submit up to three (3) entries in either different or same categories.
3. Each nomination form is valid for one category only. If you are nominating in several categories, please fill out the forms separately.
4. Nomination is free of charge. If you win, you are obliged to proceed booking the winner’s package to maximize the benefits of your win.
ELIGIBILITY
- Nomination is open to all FMCG companies with offices and operations across the Asia Pacific region. (Companies in the following industries are not eligible to join the awards programme: tobacco, multilevel marketing, and products with claim of health benefits.)

Product categories - The nominated product must demonstrate significant success or accomplishments achieved in the last 24 calendar months.

Project categories - The initiative must be launched within the last 24 calendar months, either in part or full. If launched prior to 24 calendar months, it remains eligible if recent developments or upgrades were made.

- Product Packaging of the Year - Open to unique packaging ideas that are not only creative but also lead to improved sustainability and a positive environmental impact
- In-store Marketing Strategy of the Year - Open to strategic marketing initiatives that take place physically and effectively promote a product or brand
- Digital Marketing Strategy of the Year - Open to strategic digital marketing initiatives that successfully promote a product or brand
- Campaign of the Year - Open to creative and innovative marketing or advertising campaigns that effectively promote a product or brand
- Digitalization Initiative of the Year - Open to digital transformation initiatives focused on the company's products and operations to meet the evolving consumer needs and enhance internal operations
- Customer Experience Initiative of the Year - Open to projects or initiatives that provide exceptional experiences to customers
- Eco-friendly Initiative of the Year - Open to environment-friendly projects or processes that significantly reduce, minimize, or have no harmful impact on ecosystems or the environment
- ESG Initiative of the Year - Open to projects or initiatives that integrate environmental, social, and governance practices into operations and strategies
- Health & Wellness Initiative of the Year - Open to initiatives that promote health and wellness, encouraging consumers to adopt healthier lifestyles
- Supply Chain Initiative of the Year - Open to innovative and improved supply chain strategies/initiatives that effectively enhance the company or brand’s performance in the production, transportation, and shipping of consumer goods
- Excellence Award - Open to out-of-the-box and innovative initiatives that prove to be game-changers in the industry
CRITERIA FOR JUDGING
The entries will be reviewed by the judges based on the following criteria:
For Product categories:

Branding - Is the product aligned with the company’s mission and vision, and does it fulfill the brand’s promise?

Unique Selling Point - Does the product offer a distinctive value proposition that sets it apart and prompts customers to choose it over other options?

Product Effectiveness - Does the product contribute to the company’s growth and successfully attain its targets (e.g., sales turnover)?
-
Customer Satisfaction - Does the product meet or exceed customers' expectations? Has there been an increase in customer count?
For Project categories:

Uniqueness & Innovation - Does the project introduce new or cutting-edge innovations?

Success & Impact - Did the project effectively accomplish its objectives and targets using appropriate assessment measures? Was there a discernible impact on the company and the industry?

Dynamism - Is the project adaptable to changes and open to progressive opportunities?

How many winners per category?
The categories are country-level. There will be one winning company per country in each category.
Can I send two or more entries for our company?
You may submit a maximum of three (3) entries in either different or same categories. One online form is equivalent to one entry so if you are nominating multiple entries, please enter them separately.
What can I nominate?
You may nominate outstanding products or projects that were launched within the last 24 calendar months. If launched prior to 24 calendar months, it remains eligible provided that recent developments, improvements, or upgrades were made.
