Betagro Group triumphs with Stuffed Wings series at FMCG Asia Awards 2025

The food solutions leader captured consumers with inventive, on-the-go delights developed in collaboration with 7-Eleven.

Betagro earned the Product Extension Initiative of the Year - Singapore at the FMCG Asia Awards 2025 for its Stuffed Wings series, created in partnership with 7-Eleven Singapore. The award recognises a product line that translated consumer insight into measurable results within the ready-to-eat (RTE) market.

The company first entered Singapore in 2020 through its chicken breast range. What began as a single product quickly became a category mainstay, with more than 10 million packs sold across 7-Eleven outlets. That success gave Betagro the foundation to experiment with new formats, guided by the same emphasis on practicality, quality, and local taste preferences.

In 2024, the company introduced “Stuffed Wings with Sticky Rice”, a compact meal that combined protein and carbohydrates in one serving. The product gained strong acceptance amongst Singaporean consumers, contributing 18% of total sell-in between July and December 2024. Encouraged by that performance, Betagro followed up with “Cheesy Potato Stuffed Wings” in 2025, adding another option to its expanding portfolio.

The Stuffed Wings range has since evolved into one of Betagro’s strongest lines in 7-Eleven Singapore’s RTE selection. It caters to daily demand without fuss, maintaining steady sales and visibility on shelves. Another flavour is scheduled for release in the first half of 2026, marking a logical next step in a programme shaped by consistent market data, and collaboration between 7-Eleven, Betagro and our authorised brand distributor, C S Tay Foods. 

Betagro is also developing a new line of appetisers, broadening its offering within the convenience food segment. The FMCG Asia Awards 2025 recognition reflects a business built on precision and sustained category growth rather than scale alone, reinforcing Betagro’s position as a reliable contributor to the region’s fast-moving consumer goods landscape.
